There is a peachy treat of voice-above narration in that film. Billy Bob Thornton recorded three hours of narration, however none of it processed it to the final cut. Reportedly a 1st assembled cut ran at all over vi hours.

A moving picture explores a behavior of average men around war, 'cowboy' officers chasing decoration & a irritation of separation from either loved ones. Although featuring many acute & naturalistic actiin scenes, a motion picture is around essence an extended verse form on war, or even like anti-war, although a message is subtle & poetic.

Bill Pullman, Lukas Haas, Viggo Mortensen and Mickey Rourke all performed in the movie, however their scenes were finally cut.

The Thin Red Line had previously been produced inside 1964.
